great looking thruster, definitely design worth 'borrowing', I'll have to get some delrin as it looks to machine well, the pvc plastic I am using can be a bit stringy if you know what i mean.

Really like this design, and just trying to fabricate one of the thrusters, was just wondering how you cut the o-ring glands on a lathe? Do you grind your own tools or do you have specific grooving tools?

I grind tool steel to the correct O ring fitting and go in to a set stop ( depth Stop ).
