We are grateful you're enjoying the ride!

Building wings are a rush!!!!

But to get to watch Ashley build it.... Even better.

I have a "treatment" I always do to the trailing edges of my ailerons, elevators, and usually rudder- and outward ends of my control surfaces, that I will have Ashley demonstrate. I think you'll like it.

Who else wants to build a true Bridi drawn Telemaster????

Brian

AShley,

I am going along with "whiskykid" and no doubt many others enjoying your build.

You have surprised us with your ability and enthousiasm.

You would deserve a nice surprise as well if only it was possible; it unfortunately is not.

I will be following your progress with the highest interest.

Keep up the nice work you are doing and occasionally give us your priceless smile via your dad's photos.

Best to you and your family from Zor.

Did you catch that tape job?? I forgot the packing paper and there was room, a lot of room in that big box. I knew they would say something about it sliding around in the box when I got to the counter so I anchored it pretty good.

Ashley, we met at the D.A.D. Fly in. I had the yellow and black WWI plane. I am glad to see you are getting more done. Remember, if your fingers don't get stuck to the wood at least once, you are building too slow! I will be watching for the first flight date. I shoot a great video.

Could I take you up on that? Get some shots of Ashley flying it?

How stupid do I feel?? I forgot about water and heat to remove the pin holes. Never too late to learn though, I have three more wing halves and 4 pontoons to build so I will start doing it again instead of just filler.
Thanks Ash for the reminder.

In case anyone is curious, we have only averaged about 45 minutes to an hour a day working on this project.

The wing half is close to being done now... Some final steps and then the left wing. Then we get to carve the Leading edge!

We are going flying tomorrow... It will be another day before the next progress is made.
