97mm? No.

I use 2200mah Zippys and Nano-Techs and they fit no problem. The batteries are 105mm long and the tray is around 108mm. Perfect fit.

Now I understand. You have a version 1 like moriwaky correct?

I was given a version 2 which is shorter. So there is the main problem the version 2 has differences so it can't be used like version 1. So what are the other changes that we don't know about which makes the version 2 not as good? This annoys me no end!

so far I didn't get a correct version of the battery plate AND no cnc cover to hold down the gopro lens (I had to make my own out of wood).

No I have V.2.

V1 has been discontinued a while ago.

Just email the builder and he will send you the correct size. He is great to deal with.

My GoPro cover didnt fit my lens so he revised it and sent it to me free.

HI,
just bought this Frame from a Friend of mine.
Also thinking of using my spare NAZA and GPS Set on it.
Could you possible tell me the exact Location (and maybe Settings) of your Naza for this Frame?
Would be awesome if you could because i should be getting the Frame by the End of next Week and want it to be airborne by next Weekend.

Greetings from Germany and happy Holidays
Wolfgang

Just ordered mine as a first quad, but I've flown helis for years. Wish there were some quality pics available on the website.

On the battery tray - from what I can see there are molded end brackets slipped onto the tubes and held in separation by a composite lower tray. Can we have some optional tray lengths included in the kit? Or can a couple lengths of carbon be cut longer than the tray to replace the tray? I'd even Dremel my own longer tray with lightening holes to replace the original if someone can confirm my thoughts on this are correct.

Can't wait to have it - seems like the best value out there in an FPV spider style.

the tray is too small for my batteries (3 cell 2.65 nanotech). So instead I undersling them w/ velcro. It would have been better for me to "tray" them. You've got the idea w/ what you're planning.

Hi, can anybody in the USA tell me how long it took to receive your order? Seems like it's taking forever...

TIA,

Shouldn't be more than 2 weeks, but with the holidays it may take longer.

Got it today - thank goodness it's packed well since the carton looked like it was trampled by a heard of cattle (really!).

I have an issue with a part that was drilled incorrectly, which I'll deal with, but other than that I'm very impressed with the construction and parts. I also ordered at the same time their hex frame which looks great.
