doug swissed one isnt ready need lighter servos first one is 7.5 oz rtf just using push rods on it going to play with cad program and make elipitical pullys then try to have my cnc router cut them out me and it dont always get along it has mind of its own some times

Rhys cant get it to fly on the slope i can tip launch it flys ok till it burns off energy then just quits flying played with cg from 50% to 30 % and added up to 4oz off ballast seem like to much drag what size were your control surfaces? ball park figure of all up weight

And if the wing break's,sadly it will break at the tri-angles before it will break at the circle's. Just saying. It's the Comet's fault.

I had my control surfaces around 30% of the wing area, and used LOTS of camber mixed in when flying slope. Every time i flipped it over i'd pull reflex and vise versa. It was a handful to fly...

I really can't remember the weight... It was light though... Still could have been lighter if I could be picky! Take the balast out, add some camber and try it again!

thanks rhys second one came out at ( 7oz swiss one) you are saying the tail surfaces were 30%of wing area each or combined this could be problem as mine look a little big to me think the tail boom looks a little long mine is 18" from back of body to rudder mount. Next on to swiss fish we have had like 5 good wind days in last 2 weeks so buildin has slowed down tough job but some one has to do it
