Hey thanks Ken, that's nice. I think Rhys did get some GoPro. I am right now editing a (long) video of yesterday's fun so if you can stand to watch it you can get another dose of my voice in there! I'll post the link here soon. Theres footage of the Yoda ... and lots more.

Well - It flew!!!!!!

Had a fantastic day out yesterday and although I had a boot full of carbon and glass moldies that all could have been flown... I spent way more time on the Yoda than any of them. It was just fun, no stress flying - and besides - the Yoda drew a crowd!!!!

I'll let the video do the talking though, hope you like it!

That was great Rhys (have you got Welsh connections!?)
Excellent design, a bit more stick time on the Yoda and you'll be up there Dawson and Surfimp!

haha Jarred all your video was of Tims Warhead! I had a 2 second clip of the yoda but it was very far away haha.

And nah - the flat spin was too far away too, poor little GoPro just couldn't see it. Will have to try them closer to the ground

Here's my vid ... I've posted it on other threads too. The Yoda features strongly in this one! Apologies for the length of this video but being our last day out at Bandicoot Ridge this vid is a final tribute to a truly wonderful place to fly!

Before watching Andrew's epic ode to Bandicoot I've got to take a moment to offer congratulations to you, Rhys, on your nifty little aerobat. NICE JOB!!!

Ken

(who also loves your video, especially the "Aussie Safety Railing" along the trail in the opening segment)

Loved the incredible flying, appreciated the "commentary", great music (your daughter and her band have some skills!), and think I'll have to watch the video again! It goes great with the morning coffee

Wow...so fun. The Yoda looks so agile and quick. And the rudder authority is impressive. I've been working on something pretty similar for quite a while now...depron. I just hope it performs as well as your Yoda does. Like the name too...lol
