converting dell power supply need help
I searched and read and searched and read all night but could not come up with anything on my specific needs.
I have an old dell 4550 desktop computer, the power supply model number is NPS:-250KB B. I am just wondering if this is a useable power supply or if anyone knows anythign about tinkering with this paticular one?
Where do I start?

Google: "convert a PC power supply to a bench power supply"

There should be a label on the supply showing the output Amps at 12V. A quick search on ebay
shows that it will do 14A.
If you want a good, powerful power supply (42A or 47A), check my blog. I am local so you can come by and pick one up for $40.
