How to make thinned goop?
Would someone please share the recipe/procedures for thinned goop? What is the best type of goop? How long is the working and cure time? Thanks for your time!

Go to the paint store and buy a quart of XYLENE (sometimes sold as Xylol). It's FLAMMABLE (just like Goop) so be careful.
Try diluting about 1 to 1, and then adjust the amount of solvent to get the viscosity you want.
You can also use TOLUENE (also sold as Tolulol). This solvent is more volatile (evaporates faster) and will have a shorter working time.
Test EITHER solvent on the material you want to glue. The solvents ATTACK some foams.
Generally, polystyrene foams (Blue core, Home Depot foam, etc.) will be dissolved by these solvents. EPP (expanded poly propylene) will be OK with these solvents.

both of those are serious stuff and make sure you are very ventilated. If you see a difference how you feel or ability to see then get your butt to a doc-in-the-box asap.
In my thirty something days I was an EMT and got to transport a couple of folks from those fumes.
