uhhh, but i have to say flying over people like that is really dangerous and you really should figure a way to get those kind of shots without flying directly over people.... seas of people....

It will bite him one day. This is selfish in my opinion.... The only way this should be done is on a controlled film set where actors are aware of the risk, filed liability waivers and set insurance is in place. Very selfish to risk others well being.

I'm just running power out from the naza's gimbal port to the overfly currently. Seems to work and my logic was that it would be the correct voltage for the servos for sure. I have no idea what that is, but I assume around 5v. Anything wrong with doing this? again I'm a noob,

I dont think its an issue, but you would be better off dropping 25 bucks on a castle bec... The extra volt or two for your servos will make a big difference

I've been thinking about getting this gimbal controller for my mk octo using a mkTR mount. I currently have just one question. Is it possible to still control tilt through my current channel that controls tilt on the mk fc? For example, can I have the hoverfly gimbal control to stabilize the roll and tilt, but use the tilt channel off the mk fc to set the tilt position to desired angle? Thanks.

Yes you can set it up this way. You will need to take the tilt channel from the receiver and plug it into the HoverflyGIMBAL.

Same as always.

PRO works fine

HoverflyGIMBAL requires signal boosters. The next version of HoverflyGIMBAL does not.

Both work fine with Savox.
