Its not a kit, its a display model, buy its about 33" long and well detailed. It has to be made water proof though. I ordered mine from Mall Craft( I would not order from them), they dont ansewer E-mails or nasty comments. I dont know where Barnhard gets his, he won't ansewer his E-mails eather,HA!

I have been looking for a long time.
Antiques of the sea advertises but is forever out of stock.
Mall craft has always shown in stock, but like you said odd communication.
Bernard got his on ebay I think.

Thats ok Bernhard. You do very good work. Some of us have been trying to find these boats but I guess they have shot the poor guy or girl who sits and makes these things, (if you get my drift). We'll just have to keep looking.

Cute boat. But seems rather slow... Is the prop too small?

It appears I have gotten Very lucky and found one of the 1/12 scale White Star Lifeboats.
I feel these are getting hard to find so I pushed the BUY IT NOW button.
Berhard, a question, these are unsealed, yes ?
You had to glass the outside ?
Thnaks in advance, Tim in Oakland.
