what could cause my align esc not to make the arming beep.

the gyro still blinks and a initializes and the heli still spools up fine,.

but after i unplugged and plugged it back in few times it armed properly

esc and motor are new.

titan trex 450 v2 side to side and tail in circles fusuno canopy (7 min 17 sec)

i did set up the end point and programmed it for gov mode etc as per the manual.

did you change the trim or sub-trim after calibration? plug it in then trim to low throttle and see if you get the beep. go to helifreak.com

well i figured like this some forums allow certain members to insult other members

and if you do it then there friends join in and help them the rants then the victim gets expelled.

if they had a fare system like rcg when you forward the complaint its dealt with
properly .
instead of accusing me of being the problem i dont use RR or HF

i get all of my help and advice from the good members of rcg and i recommend rcg to all of my friends.

i hear the beep it is very low i can barely hear it arming.

the motor seems tight cant figure out way it goes low and high when it wants to

The ESC uses the motor as a speaker to make the beep sounds. So, if it's making a very faint beep it could be because the connections between ESC and motor are not very good, or it could theoretically (I've no experience of this) be because the motor is unable to vibrate for some reason -- possibly simply because it's meshed too tight with the main gear.

i have been been trying to resit the motor it is a heart beat tighter then i would like it to be .

The correct alignment for a motor is if you can just pass a piece of regular printer/copier paper (80g/m2 in the rest of the world; don't know what it is in USA) between the pinion and main gear. It should come out with sharp regular pleats.

But you got it.
Now you just need to mount a sub-woofer on that heli and an MP3 module.

helidirect gave me 2 canopy's for 40 bucks like 20 a piece
kind of hard to have a better with all of the good parts you run across when your not looking for them .

the new align motor in my beater when poof lol a big puff of black smoke.
i got 100 hovers + out of the 10 dolla motor it had before the upgrade .
i really liked the sound of the align motor .

now im looking at buying a align mx motor for my beater
