Oh Mr. Lin, Its Me Again

Mr. Lin, I love the PT-17 not withstanding the front cabane structs. Here are a couple of pic after some detailing , Hope you like it....keep up the good work.

Wes it has great "Volume" and really looks good with the detailing. I order a Himax bl for it.

You did a great job. Are you going to fly it with stock or wait on the brushless? It does look very realistic in the air.

Cabane strut base

Hi Amelio,
Taking a diversion from the Tucano 45"?
Good looking PT-17, I have one too, as yet unflown.
Your cabane struts looks curved to me.
Those cabane anchor points are designed to be angled to allow the struts to lie straight!!
Just apply a little thumb pressure until you achieve same.
I will post pics later on the Earlybird PT-17 thread.

Tres, I think you could have moved the first post ("Oh Mr. Lin") to this area, but I see no reason to move the build pictures to here. It was an obvious play on title. It should be based on content not title.

Tone, thanks for chirping in. Yes the Tuscano is great but need to relax now and then.

I would like to see a pic. You would have to bend the upper wing attachment pts as well, no?
