Keep a notice that I didn't took that much picture because lack of time and I didn't plan to make a full build log since this helicopter is not a final product. From now to final there could be couple changes or extreme changes. .

Frame Assembly

Here are the frames. I like cleaning them before I assemble it with alchol rubbing alcohol. Before we start inserting screws. We have to clean them to be free from oil or grease.

Here in the picture you see that I've installed two ball bearing blocks. By the way ball bearings was already inserted into the blocks. In the manual it says to use red locktight. Don't do that please. It will ruining if you get red thread lock into the ball bearing. If you guys want get goop it's sort of like silicone. Or just don't add anything. Luckily if it was plastic those ballbearings housing would rotate and cause shaving into plastic blocks. Anyway's I didn't put nothing. Beside seem to be press fit. Final product could be different though. Also in the picture I installed frame mounting blocks. And also installed these cnc landing mount also holds up from one side of the frame to the other giving support. Canopy Spinner will screw through the frame into the top back frame mounting block and the middle up front.

This is you're Pressure Roller. It came assemble please take it apart oil the ball bearing. And please add small amount of blue threadlock into the two holes then assemble it. On manual there is so much errors which it says to use red threadlock please don't. Just use blue threadlock on this kit.

Now since I'm done one on mounting on one of the carbon fiber side frame time to apply the other one over what I've built. Add the right size of screws and canopy spinner. Go find two Frame mounting bolt and the beautiful carbon fiber lipo mount. Might be already assemble. Find the right screw by looking at the manual and assemble it.

Top view looking down.

Frame is fully assemble bottom you're seeing the floor which is carbon fiber it came assemble with the frame mounting bolt already installed. Go ahread and install the floor to the frame.

What I like about this tail housing and the block up front is that there is screw that goes through the boom so it wont do rotation and also it wont loose up the boom and cause tail drift which which the belt wont loose up. That is a plus. I have not built a kit that has that feature.

Isnt that the same as a keyed tail or does it actually screw into the boom in a hole instead of a half inch slot?

Curious why do you reserve so many post numbers when you can edit your first post as you go along...
