Time to investigate the culprit the tracker work very well in my home, but not in the field...
I have here 5 lm1881 chips, two of them (1st batch) work very well, the other 3 also work well together, but they don't mix well. I have to teak the code to work well with mixed batches of chips.
Tomorrow will take the pc with me to the field to try to understand what's going on there that prevents the tracker from working well.
In regard of the video telemetry for the openMAXosd the "module" is working well in the bench (wired and wireless), now it's time to integrate it in the openMAxosd code.

I think it could be possible, you just have to program two new PWM outputs (two new for the AT or two new for the AP) because I use two them of the original code for PAN and TILT.
If you manage to advance, please share the code here.

Would you please give a quick look to my material list? I have to make international order and it will take some time. I am working in CAD standard design for mechanical so you can make this proyect standard and share in ur wiki if you like, later I can improve the electronic diagrams.
1. Do I need arduino Demilanove as RX side or is ok with arduino pro mini as the link below?
2. What about LCD, do we need it? I found one below.

The servos are good ones, but a little to much in strength (to much torque for our usual antennas, what antenna you pretend to use?), but for PAN you only get about 120~180 degrees with these servos.
No need to change anything in the code but bear in mind the 180š PAN.
You can use any arduino board with the atmega328 , I prefer the duemilenouve/uno for the ground station, but use a mini pro in the model plane.
You can use a lcd, but the tight timings don't recommend its use.
Check the good working of the tracker before adding the lcd to the tracker.

One little question to you all:
Who from you, that are reading this question, has this Antenna tracking device mounted, in working order and use it in the RC field with regularity?
I would like to hear cases of success (or the lack of it...)

Pin 10 is the MOSI-pin if I remember correctly. It have a 8-bit buffer to send out chars, and can be used at a high speed (8MHz).
If you have really fried pin 10, I would suggest to buy a new Atmega328P. If it's an Arduino with the Atmega328P in socket, you can get them quite cheap with bootloader.

Hm, I don't say precisly. I can't solder into pin 10, now it is pure laminate. I know that I can solder it into atmega or ftdi but I don't have good soldering.
Eh, again costs This will be my third Arduino nano ^^
So, it can be only pin 10?
SPI: 10 (SS), 11 (MOSI), 12 (MISO), 13 (SCK). These pins support SPI communication, which, although provided by the underlying hardware, is not currently included in the Arduino language.
