NOW WAIT A SECOND! I thought this was a function of the government.

I'm surprised this dainty treat hasn't hit the board yet. I, for one, have never been able to kick the habit!

When it doesn't risk another battle in the war against women.

My wife had some difficulties breast feeding Elizabeth. We turned to the local Le Leche League. Couldn't have been more helpful. The local rep though breast fed her children until they were 4 years old. A bit excessive but done, I think, with the best of intents.
I always say I should be a member of Le Leche. Breastfeeding is THE BEST thing for an infant. No question. Nutritionally, bonding wise, the whole thing. Also saves a whole lot of money. I remember buying that first container of formula. Sticker SHOCK!

Tastes like warm cantaloupe juice, btw.

A moving experience that kept you from a minor infraction; not doubt.

I'd say neither. Perhaps the Photo Shopper.

My pleasure stems from the thought of societies politically correct ... squirming.

We have an attractive, lightly dressed, mom offering her breast to a 3-4 year old boy, dressed like an aspiring little soldier, clinging to a nipple.

It's one thing to see a photo of a woman nursing her infant, but in this photo there's more sexual content than mothering value. I feel that for an outa-sight, outa-mind, politically correct progressive public, this photo will leave them very uncomfortable; Squirming.

Aside from shock value to sell a publication, I have to wonder what the intended purpose of this photo, this subject is. Why show a young boy? Why not a young girl? Why not one of each? Does the photo promote a nurturing mother and child bond? Or, does it diminish the thought of a natural mother and child bond through nursing.

The publication TIME is, after all, part of mass media's public manipulation.
What are they up too?
