Average repair time for a Castle product?
I sent my Ice light 100 to CC last week.I sent 2 emails so far with no respsonse.
I called last Friday & confirmed it had arrived midweek.As of today I have not heard from them.This is the first warranty repair Ive done with CC & was told my another member that it takes so long he usually buys a new one & sells the repaired or replaced item once it comes back.He said its not uncommon to wait 2-3 months.Ive had Hobby Partz replace a bad esc in less than a week & emailed me the same day it arrived.Anyone know how long Ill be without my esc? I could always replace it & when it comes back put in the EF 60 MXS when it comes out but Id rather get some use out of it.I only had it for 3 weeks before it died. |

on their web site they say repair time 6 weeks but you can bet it will take a lot longer
