The camera that has the number 4 stamped on it, has the SN if-flt01cdn on the back, is it one with a pan/tilt mount? Also can you tell me beyond the shadow of a doubt that it is a 12v camera?

If the answer is yes and yes, I'll take it.

Yes, the one with the "4" on it does come with the mount and it is a 12V camera. The one in the first two photos that comes with the other mount is a 5V camera. The other two cameras are 12V.
