Or you could go the insane route (ie: like me) and get another Pitts to fly 3s. Ok that was just an excuse to get another one since I liked the first so much. Pitts #2 is more a backup for the time I fly the first to to death and it's in foamie heaven. I used velcro to mount the batt on it so I could swap back and forth between 2s and 3s packs.

Agree totally, Pitts in 3s is one helluva bad boy.
The acceleration is just phenomenal, what a step up.
It loves throttle blasting, and zooming quick direction changes.

Im not sure what it is around my house but I get a lot more gusts of gravity when I fly with 3s batteries. Along the same lines what goes up really fast goes down really fast too.

Okay I really really like flying her on 3S but it will take some practice to be able to fly her in front of the house. Now in the park this thing is a beast and is a lot of fun!

I love how the Pitts just turns into a totally different airplane with just a battery and prop change. On 2S it's a slow motion trainer...put it on 3S and it will roll almost like the Crack Yak.

For all of the standard 30-32" range airplanes the Pitts and Crack Yak are certainly my favorites.

Probably getting the Crack Yak in the next couple of weeks. Love these Twisted Planes they are a blast!

Now if I can only get my full fuse large planes to fly like these!

Out of the three TH planes I have. The Yak and Pitts are the ones that get flown. Might get another Yak so I have one setup for 2s and the other setup for 3s. Hope to get some more airtime in before the weather gets to cold. Then it'll be sim time till April or May.

Agree on that. How does your extravaganza fit into your flying?
I find it is faster, bigger, and a bit more thrilling to hoon about with.
Just love zooming up to height then spin like crazy, then repeat.
But of the three, yak/Pitts/extra, the Pitts on 3s is the mentalist..

I love the stability of the Extravaganza and the wood-like feeling. I find myself flying it more like my wood planes, with more high speed stuff, rifle rolls, and less snap turns.

My favorite right now might be my crazy Crack Yak on 3S. Although Chris Jewett is testing something that he says he likes even more than that. I will also be testing another prototype shortly that has me very excited!

As much as I would like to go 3s I crash my th planes so much that I would kill them in no time flat.

Maidened my Pitts yestersday and for the most part it flys great, however when I roll right the plane slowly starts to turn left and climb. Any suggestions? I flying it on the recommended setup (2S). Thanks..
