If you're running the dx6i like I do then yes it does help with the servo output. Forgot why, but I think Chris mentioned something about it in the crack yak thread.

I finally got around to fixing the wing spars for the second time. It seems my house was hungry for some crack pitts.

I don't think I'll be able to cut them out again if they break unless I go with thicker spar. My only concern now is the center being to stiff and causing other things to break. Although I think the root issue is the bad pilot. Currently both new spars are glued back in and she's ready to fly once again.

It still freaks me out just how much abuse these planes can take and still fly. And if you've seen me fly. Well you get the idea. All three of mine are still flying. Thanks for a great plane TH.

I flew this morning, great flights. Now I am going out again as the wind is nil today, rare around here.

Put four batteries through mine this AM.

One of the less frequently present club members commented this morning: "Holy cow, your flying has improved incredibly!"

I last saw him maybe a month or six weeks ago, but I think I have improved over that time -- much more comfortable with inverted flight, low flight and general handling -- all due to getting time on the sticks with the Pitts!

This thing rocks!

Thats no kidding. The pitts will fly fine w/o wing spars. It's a bit floppy but still flies.

Guess I lucked out haven't broke any spars on my planes. Sadly that I mentioned it, it'll probably be the next thing I break.

The crack lineup pretty much makes anyone a better pilot. More to the point of being able to fly them into the ground and get them back in the air quick.

Hi, Is this Bipe available foam only?
I prefer to paint myself and use carbon instead of wood. Thanks
