You can see how mine are curved on the bottom to clear the wing. Doesn't take all that much and my wing is pretty thick.

Seems like with today's power systems you can get away with alot and do not have to be that precise. Just my opinion.
The shape of my ducts is dictated by the battery space that will be provided above the wing between the ducts and the wing itself.

!I've seen jets with no ducts! !Just bulkheads and formers!

Taller.....fuse?? I always run a big stab for flight performance, but I suppose I could play around with it for looks. Looks are important.

Thanks, George

There's something that bothers me about the canopy. Maybe it should be longer and 20% bigger?

I'm assuming you mean the bubble itself and not the cutout which serves as access. I can see about that too.

Yes the bubble. Its just my personal preference, but I think the leading edge of the canopy should be closer to the nose and the glass should be larger taking up more of the fuse.

Great work though! Hope it works out for you

I used the word reflex to mentally demonstrate the flow of air. Geo's duct has no smoothing it just turns into the center whereas Tumblers has a visual gentile smoothing reflex to the center of the duct, your description uses the letter "S". so were on the same page now?

Yeah I see. The ducts can be altered at a later date. Once I have a flyable frame I may go further in detail with duct alterations. I would like to see exactly where my batteries need to be to balance and go from there.

Additionally, I would like to make ducts for 80mm and 90mm, and possibly a set for a 2kw 70mm just for kicks.

This jet is sized for easy transport and is not going to run 12s 5000 through its 90mm fan. But it could do 12s 2200 through an inrunner for high voltage efficiency.

I desided to go ahead and ReMill my fuselage with my new router which is cutting much more accurately as compared to the last one I had. Pictured is only one fuse half assembled with flight surfaces and a yet to be fitted canopy.
