I picked up the Flame Wheel F550 Multi Copter (the six bladed one) from Atlanta Hobbies. I also picked up a Dago Red pylon racer used.

Hangar 9 Denight Special.

Thanks for asking if I was going to buy it before snagging it. I'm glad it went to a good home.

I bought a 'Hog Wild' and a lot of stuff from Luke's to go with it. I really like having the vendors right there so when (not if) I break something I can just run up and get what I need to get back in the air. What a GREAT event!

I came home with a new Spektrum DX6i, a parallel charging board, a handful of new balance connectors to change out on my batteries, & a sunburn on my legs from wearing shorts for the first time this year.

Did you ever find a good motor / esc combination that would give good performance but keep the speed down? I'm experimenting with this wing for the first time too so the speed demon version is not for me... yet.

I picked up one of those too! Got a Suppo 2212/6 2200kv from one of the vendors. Put a 30A ESC and spinning a 6X4 APC it will slow down just fine but still has the ability to go pretty durn fast. Just ordered a Motrolfly 2210/2200kv to see if there is any difference. I'm kinda partial to those Motrolfly's, very nice motors.
