Bad luck man, but if she left you because of the hobby, she wasn't for you. A few guys here have nailed it. Find one that either shares your passion, or is equally obsessed in something so your expenses have an equal.

If they can't love you for who you are, then what's the point? Ali ShanMao on YouTube is one good example.

My girlfriend shared my passion with RC when we first started dating. She actually bought an E-Savage monster truck for herself. BUT, I later found out that the only reason she bought it was because she was trying to impress me with a shared interest in RC. Now that we've been together for 5 years, her E-savage has long since been sold. Her true feeling about RC is out now and she just rolls her eyes at me every time I talk about RC. She's bought me a couple of planes, a heli, a bunch of batteries, and other stuff over the years, but I think those days are over. She's realized that the "RC bug" never ends with people like myself and you guys. It is equal though because she's gotten her fair share of gifts from me over the years. Her passion......jewelry!

Seriously,though, read all the stuff on here from maried guys who a so whipped they have to sneak helis into the house and hide them. They should sneak an occaisional barslut in on a Saturday night and then the wife would be really happy to see a T-Rex!

I picked up a new one the other day... started out great, smooth as silk and I could do anything with her... as time went on the head speed has fallen off and of all things, I find out she's a gasser...
