Since you are posting this in the UAV section, it is assumed you intend to incorporate this as a sense and avoid system - for something. Since UAV's already typically have a GCS that is transmitted telemetry via a modem of some sort, having yet another RF transmission device can be problematic. It would make more sense to be able to incorporate some of this ability into an existing GCS rather than a separate app.
