Battery Holder For AAA Rechargeable Batteries?
Can anyone recommend a AAA battery holder for AAA rechargeable batteries (Eneloops) to use with my Hitech X4 computerized charger?

For loose cells, an independent port charger for each cell is best, like the MH-C9000, or similar.
That aside, I also use the RadioShack battery holders.

In the old days when we used to carry Rx power packs .... electric models then were a dream !! - I used over counter battery holders.
But I had one modification that I did based on a crash of my Royal P51 Mustang ........... We couldn't provve it but we decided that one of the AA cells had moved in the holder .... cutting power to the Rx.
The simple answer was to insert a card slip into the spring negative contacts to FORCE hard contact and no chance of high G or vibration breaking contact. Once done - I've never had a cheap over counter holder fail.
I also wrap insulating tape round the whole pack creating a permanent flight pack. - I use these today on my gas model ... 1 for Rx and 2nd identical for Ignition. .... both via standard Radio switch harnesses.
