The team manager ? Each pilot ? The NAC ?
I am trying to get it send before the deadline but I am confused now...

Rental cars usually are equipped with winter or at least all weather tires during this period.

Recommend to book with winter tires, but don't accept any additional charge. At least four major car rental companies (Hertz, Sixt, Europ car and Avis) have followed the appeal of the ADAC:

Dear all,

Beforehand the “Official Entry Form” for the 2013 FAI World
Championship for RC Aerobatic Model Aircraft and the entry form for the
F3P German Challenge in class F3P-AFM.
Please return both forms and the digital passport colour photo (jpg 600
dpi) no later than 8th January 2013. The compliance date is very
important for our preparation.
We need the information and the photo for the program booklet and the
website http://www.indoorwm.de/ and the clothing sizes for the order of
t-shirts for participants. Thank you!

The Athlete's Acknowledgment and Agreement will be collected during the
registration process with the FAI sporting license.

The bulletin 2 will be released in early January and sent by e-mail.

All interested who's NAC does not send a team to the WCh (like the USA for example) can use the same formular for signing in. Attention the limitation to max. 80 Pilots and max. 4 pilots from every country is still valid!

Speyer could be forgotten in my mind, many cars, not so many interesting aircraft.
But within the 500 km reach, 4 other museums definitely worth a visit :
- the army museum in Bruxelles, Belgium
- the transport museum in Lucerne, Switzerland
- the air museum in Prague, Czech Republlic (almost 100 unique aircraft that cannot be seen anywhere else)
- the technics museum (NTM) also in Prague
Also in the Netherlands the Lelystad Aviodrome museum, but I don't know this one personnally.

... And I forgot two major museums within reach :
- the Deutsches Museum in Munich (including a magnificent model aircraft department displaying the early RC experiments)
- the aircraft museum in Oberschleissheim (actually a department of the Deutsches Museum and a short distance outside of Munich),
both are absolutely magnificent (but parking a car in Munich next to the museum could be a headache)

When I suggested the Technik Museums in Speyer and Sinsheim, I recommended two museums fairly close to Frankfurt and not 400 to 500+km away. Especially in winter, these distances can be quite time consuming.
