OMG please not the BEC vs. LiFe sub-thread that comes up again and again on every build thread these days. Thank you for not going there; both are fine strategies for any model!

I ran into a little "mis-understanding" in the manual. At the back of the fuse there is a hole for the control horn for the rudder. The manual just said to put the push rod on and push it through. This is very hard to get the pieces to line up when dry fit. I could not get it to fit right, so I cut a hole. The back tail cone, covers this hole up and I have not had a problem with this method.

However, Some say not to cut the fuse like I did. Go to 1bwana1's post #103 for another the work around.

I'll be building this one so the TJ80 (first) and P-20 are interchangible. Plenty of room for batteries. 8S no problem, we'll start here and go from there.

I'll let you guys do the main build and I'll share the mods I make.

It will be flying on Sunday. I'll post some video of the flight.

Looking Good Tam...How about a nose door mod Tam...Your pretty good at those things...you have taught me "how to" on the Habu and it turned out great! Plus I think you like messing around with gear doors.

Now I can....
The gremlin mess me up this morning.
I lost power as soon it rotake. Sound like the motor went south.
The plane dig in the mug. It cover with mug and the wing are soak.
The fuse is alright. Just need to wash down. All the electronic is soak...so is gone.

Now I can use the fuse to make turbine conversion kit.
Hope can get another F-4 soon.
