Futaba GY520 Gyro....................$130,00 - expensive
I got fed up trying to setup the GA250's and spent a fortune on 2 GY520's - They worked straight out of the box, were a delight to setup compared to the GA250's BUT I couldn't get rid of gentle rocking once the gyros had corrected the frame's movement

Turnigy Mini MEMS......................$70,00
These were out of stock everywhere and would have been my first choice...no experience

Still looking for the answer.....

Is that something you would do yourself or is there a download somewhere, as I have these GA250's hanging around?

Can someone describe the sensitivity issue a bit more on the 401b? Just wondering if this is something that may be able to be filtered out.

I've got the red cable connected to the "5v Out" on my immersion video TX (black cable to "GND", yellow to "VID") power for HDMI converter comes from TX, otherwise camera may struggle to supply enough

i would like to get more than 8 channels on my tx/rx:

as i run a futaba t8fg with 6208sb rx, is it possible to drive the naza via sbus and use the conventional outputs at the same time to connect gyro gains and cam shutter?

has anyone done this?
have i to move some channels in the t8fg then?

thanks.

Would this help at all Futaba CIU-2 USB, as it is plug and play, I'll be out of my depth with the GA250 mods. The controller allows you to set differential and dampening gain on the GY520 ? Is it relevant for Ecilop as most adjustable settings are aimed at AVCS mode?

Futaba Video Update: Programing the GY520 gyro with the GYLink software (6 min 50 sec)

Hi Pablo, the PJ760 works but the camera does not stabilise in roll so in some ways the result is a bit disappointing, although the pitch stabilisation is excellent and the pan stablisation of the camera does a good job in smoothing out directional movement of the airframe. Also, there is more vibration with my set up (14 inch props) with the PJ760 than with the NEX-5N, probably to do with the camera being mounted by the tripod screw rather than the lens mount clamp on the NEX-5N.

Overall, I've not followed up any more with the experiment as the PJ760 was expensive and would be pretty fragile in a crash or even heavy landing compared with the NEX-5N which is super tough.
