What is CG for ST-Models ASW28

I posted this on the electric aircraft foam forum but didn't get any response so maybe I'll have a little better luck over here.

My ST-Models ASW28 instruction manual is very unclear about the recommended CG. I'm not sure if they goofed during printing but it shows 5mm +/-3mm from a line in the center portion of the wing rather than from the leading edge.

Does anyone know the recommended CG for this plane from the leading edge?

I've just replied to your other post, but here's the gist of what I said.

Don't measure from the trailing edge as suggested, as this will seriously unsettle the 'plane. My interpretation of the manual is to measure 5mm from the front edge of the EPO foam insert in the wing that covers the servo leads - ie: the strip of EPO on the underside that travels from the wing root to the servo.

My ASW28 balances & flies very well using this method.

I'm flying mine at 52mm from the leading edge.
