Cool
Who wants their Airplane built?!?

Got a plane/heli that needs built, but don't have the time and/or energy to git'r done?!? I have your solution.

As several of you know, I've been selected as an Officer candidate for the US Army. And I'm not doing a whole lot until I get a date to ship out for BCT/OCS. Given my new found "free time" I've had a few requests from friends to have their projects put together, and I figured I'd offer my services here to my AMA/GQF bretheren as well!

It's quite simple really...
- You want to play with your new toy sooner rather than later, and you want it built right.
- I have the time and skills to make that happen... for a nominal fee of course

For inquiries, estimates, etc. feel free to PM me!
Fixed and Rotary Wing projects accepted.
Builds are on a first-come, first-serve basis.

Gentlemen, Carry On!

Current Project Status

This post will be updated regularly to reflect current and upcoming project status.
Remember, it's a first-come, first-serve service, so if you're even remotely contemplating handing off a project please send me a message so I can pencil you into a slot.

"Active Project" First in line, priority, AKA being actively built right now!
"On Deck" projects are next in the qeue, but may receive attention while I wait for other projects' glue to dry...
"In Line" projects are listed to show what's coming down the pipeline. They are listed in the order which I receive them.

ACTIVE PROJECT
Werner Schmidt --- SebArt Wind S 110e Pro
Status --- In Progress

ON DECK
Vance Giovanni --- CMP Cessna 182
Status --- On Deck

IN LINE
1.) Barrett Hochauss --- Sea Fury 480
Status --- In Line

2.) -----

Well, I'm getting in the que this weekend. Gonna get the wires all hooked up for my Avro Lincoln and Hawker Sea Fury.

They'll be ready to rock when my... 'window of opprotunity' arrives.

any word about a bad batch of ice 100's we (the shop) (superstitionhobbies) have had 2 ice 100 come in that had burned up both running 8s neither plane was maxing the esc specs...(91.6 and 95 amps) one the battery leads in the board had melted off no doubt that the same thing happened to the other... the worst part is they were BOTH NEW and only had like 10 or less flights. luckily both planes survived the deadstick.

Im curious as to why. let me know what YOU think happend..

Cheers,
Brad

I had an ICE100 (with heat sink) burn up at a Pattern contest last year. Dead sticked it in and had to withdraw. National replaced it no problem.

Castle had a bad run of ESCs a while back. Most were identified and replacements were handed out... wouldn't surprise me if a few stragglers are still out there.

Werner's ESC ran fine on the bench and for the very brief test flight until the prop flew off. No fault of the speed control, but I too was forced to perform a deadstick landing!
