The Wireless. Have had this mag since I was a kid in 69 when I bought it!
As for the plans, I just cleaned them a little, but didn't joint them or rescale them. Had a Root Cannal today, so not much into working too hard. Did manage to scan, scale an clean a few though (before I got tired).....on the way later this evening.

Thanks pd1. I still have an original sportsmaster, the only problem is that it was covered with silk and dope. After 45 years, the covering is a bit brittle! White glue joints are still good.

My deepest thanks to RFJ for posting the MOONBEAM II. As I said my original met its demise among the heather in N. Wales not, I might add, because of the way the model was designed but because of the way I built it. Being young and impetuous at the time (also broke) I could not afford the correct size wood for the construction so I used thinner wood for the fuselage with a 1/4 sq frame inside and revised the wing so that it was not covered in 1/16 sheet! Needless to say, along with the 6 AA batteries and monstrous servos it had to carry, the crash resistance was greatly reduced.

But I digress. I have taken the plan and have redrawn it is Auto-cad. I have sized it so that it matches the dimensions in the article but have not included the details of the isometric view of the tail nor the escapement installation. Apart from that it is per original. I am pleased to share the tracing with you here - enjoy.

Mark

PS. Many thanks to all who post plans here. You are posting us oldies life storey - I am very grateful.

It appears that a lot of the pre 1977 plans are offered by AMA and a lot them have come from the Pond collection. Even though Pond is credited with preserving our history thru his collection, I question his ownership of many of the copyrites.

Anyone got a Charger plan? It was seen as plans and article in American Modeler, IIRC. Later was kitted by Ambroid. Either plan will do. IIRC, it was very influential at the time, cementing the tri-gear high wing layout for single channel operation/comp.

Your Message from my:Please edit your post.

Original Post:http://www.rcgroups.com/forums/showt...php?p=21562041

Made a great effort to understand what happens this time for my punishment.
Probably the only reason is the publication of the plan Mark 1.

I spent 5 hours today from the personal work trying to find evidence to suggest
the innocence for me this punishment from you.

I think the time and effort to fully vindicated.

The first publication of this plan has happen here:

http://www.rcgroups.com/forums/showt...65873&page=485 report 7270
From this report became owners of the plan.

Secondly I learned from here that is not for sale.
http://www.rcmplans.com/

So being punished because cleaning and scale the plan to a program and published a second time.

I expect a clear answer from you, Mr forum administrator.
If I am in unwanted Forum to write to me.
Publish all that is undesirable and most deleted.
Give me a correct answer what I can do in the future.

I stay mere spectators and receives without offering my own work and knowledge?

Excuse me for my long message to you.

Elijah Greece.

Thanks cpc625,

For the Charger plan. Takes me back to when "rudder only' was a major Nationals event and Nat's winners regularly got kitted.
