Honestly guys - This announcement was probably a little early. FrSky is hard at work on this project and little to no information is known at this point. We are not ignoring your questions, we simply do not know the answers.

Yep! I'm a good guy apparently.

We have a bunch of people that bought from Hobby King, and a few of them had issues, I decided to open my doors to them as they sure were not going to get any help from Hobby King! They usually become customer's since I compete with Hobby King prices and offer cheaper shipping and process orders right away.

Don't get me wrong, I do not like supporting Hobby King customers, Hobby King should be doing that!! I think consumers need to pay much more attention to where they purchase their products from. I'm not sure I'll be able to offer this service to large items like transmitters as the shipping will be a killer.

In the end I feel it helps FrSky, and that is why I do it. I like this radio system a lot! I do my best to help promote and support it.

Cool now hope thing's goes well.

When I was doing my research of different transmitter eco-systems (Dx8, 8FG, A9, etc.) before settling on the DX8, I realized almost all mid/high-end ones are very similar and just as capable. The difference is really in programming ease and software.

Hopefully, FrSky will get it right with the X12D and make the software very user friendly and appeal to the masses rather than just the tinkering transmitter geeks. And hopefully AloftHobbies will then wholesale the X12D into local hobby shops and other online vendors too. That way FrSky will have the volume to scale up, and if Wayne gets bored with FrSky we won't have to drop a brick!

It is too expensive for me to process warranty orders in Europe.

I suggest you chat with the place you bought your products! If you bought from HK, you need to deal with them. Perhaps you saved a buck, but now lets see how well that savings works out for you.

Still, not sure why worried about this, according to EU laws nothing can be sold without at least one year warranty.
This is not that kind of gear to send for service yearly to be checked and re-tuned.
