headsuprc.com has been good to me. As part of a larger order, they sent me two sets of motor-to-ESC extensions instead of two small LiPo batteries. I e-mailed them late in the afternoon, at about the end of their business day, asking for my batteries and offering to send the extensions back. They replied early the next morning, telling me to keep the extensions and that they were sending out the batteries that day. They did, and I got them two days later. The best part is with the $2 shipping, I have so far always gotten my order in two days.

HobbyPartz.com: customer support pretty basic, but their batteries and motors tend to be very good value for the price

I'm surprised no one has metioned Tower?
Is this any vendor in the world and how are we defining "good". Price, stock, CS,Shipping time?
It's actually pointless breaking things down to just an individual supplier as every single vendor is right for any particular customer at any particular time. If they have what you want at the right price at the right time, then any vendor is probably "good" at that point in time.
