dji compatable esc's

I have started this thread To help all that may be building there own multirotor that require bigger esc's than dji currently offer( currently only 18 amp and 30 amp), but want to use the excellent naza controller in there bespoke project. please list esc's of any brand that you have or have not had success with in regards to compatabilty.
The reason for this thread is because there have been some unsuspecting souls that have spent there last cent on some esc's only to find they are not compatable so have hand to shelve their newly built quad until such time that they can afford to buy new ones.
please keep any post short and just list what you have or have not had success with.
This then will build a good list of what will and what wont work and hopefully guide builders with there chioce of esc's and avoid them any misfortunes.

The Hobbywing 40amp Platinum Pro's work beautifully with the Naza
I've got six installed in a hexa with the naza and avroto 2814's swinging 12x3.8 props

These are also sold under the K-Force brand name at Hobbyking

This is a good thread, I would recommend you update the first post with all the ESCs that people list here.

So to start it off, I am using the Naza with HobbyKing BlueSeries and they work like a charm.
Since the Mystery BlueSeries ESCs are basically the same I would guess they work too, so there you have 2 models that work with the Naza already.

Hobbywing 25 and 30amp versions(now Funfly) work flawlessly with Naza.Both on Atti and manual mode..on a quad and a Hexa.

Anyone tried the HobbyWing 10 or 12 amp with the Naza? I bought a XAircraft X650 Value V4 and I'm beeing told that the original XAircraft X650 Value V4 ESC don't work with the Naza. As I would like to keep the original setup with hidden ESC I don't want to go to big.
The XAircraft X650 Value V4 original has 10A ESC, so I', wondering if I stay at the same amp or get bigger ones. Any advantages to larger amp ESC?

All my quads and tricopters use hobbywing 10 or 12 amp escs.
They work on WKM,Naza,kk and Multiwii controllers.All set to med timing/nimh batt ,and i have not had one single issue.

I recall seeing a post somewhere in the main NAZA thread that said the Xaircraft UltraPWM ESC board would NOT work with the NAZA. (Found it.. Post #4158)

One of my scratch built quads uses the Naza with Thunder Power 18A ESCs, no problems so far, but it hasn't been thoroughly flight tested yet. I believe Thunder Power (yeah, the battery company) got their ESCs from HobbyWing back when they were called 'Pentium' ESCs (now called HobbyWing FlyFun ESCs).

With the new lower pricing on DJI esc's might as well get them.
30amp = $20
18amp = $18

Too bad their response speed still sucks. And with the 8kHz whine, you'd have to pay ME $18 per minute to listen those things fly.

AWESOME, your the first that I've seen with that price, should the other retailers be following this new price structure?
