Cedric,
Likely a good call for most servos. A month or so back I opened up one of the servo bays on my ESO Carbon and was surprised to find the servo screw on my Airtronics 94761 almost falling off.

I have to admitt, it is the first time I see this, even the MKS which also have a metalcase don't unscrew on my planes.
I saw this happening after less the 10 hours of flight...it is easy to correct so user should really check their servos, and take the time to do it.

I use purple loctite Its the lightest duty they make on all my metal to metal threads.
Even then I still check my stuff out every now an then. Preflight checks are
mandatory for me.

Thanks for the tipp though.

Yeah purple Loctite is the way to go, but CA will work as well. I recently had a case of loose marbles in my Ceres wing and found that the 761 screw had fallen out.

Fine. If you're bored with it already, hand it over.

We had 3 Genesis in the air today.. Good times. One was the white one you built. Let several people take the sticks and enjoy her too. Thanks!!

Hey Sam, how have the servos been holding up? Should have 6 months on them by now, a good time period to get a better feel for them

Alex,
Couldn't be happier with the servos. Although my stick time has been limited as of late. I haven't needed to subtrim them when I bring the model out of th bag. Same cant be said about my non KST servo'd Ceres

Hi Sam, Still flying the KSTed Ceres? I'm one of those still on the wall about them, but am about to fall on the side of their favour.

Where did you purchase your KST servos?

Hi Alex! Hope all is well. What have you been upto?

Sold it! Next model will have KST's too.

Note, we keep wanting the lightest air frames possible with emphasize on keeping the tips light. I've noticed that the new breed of aluminum housed servos along with alum 3rd bearing servo mounts can get fat 34grams. Yes the new air frames are agile but are we losing some inf quantity of performance by doing that to the wing tips and usually near the cg?

I loved my KST's run them in the flaps and elevator, I'm keeping my tip servos a secret for now. Until I can prove myself right or wrong.

PD is the proud new owner.

Been doing a lot of DLG and Dynamic Soaring. Getting closer to the WR. Went 456mph a couple of months back. Also became first and only person to pop a wing over 300. Can't let you US Cali guys have all the glory!

Haven't done any F3F since that day at Fermin, no-one is organise enough or want's to risk their nice moldies up the hills. F3J is big here.

I will be buying KSTs for my servo purchase. Where is the best seller to do so through??
