I'm already in the Guinness book of world records.
Was one of the pilots in the most rc aircraft in the air at the same time attempt at SEFF. We got 100 planes in the air but my buddy Chuck crashed before the count was made.... So the record stands at 99.

well, doesn't look like i will get my Enterprise -D starship in time for the event.

and after the WW1 aerial video , i spent time last night putting my fpv system in to a 60 size Albatros WW1 fighter. i wont be using it to fly by , but it will allow a seperate controller to move the camera as if that person was the pilot in the plane. So for the 1st time we can actually see the video we are going to get.
I am waiting on the motor for the Allbatros , but that will be a quick converstion.

I hope to have my 60 size Neiuport done in time for WATTFEST. Sean will probably end up flying that and I will fly the 60 size D-7. You and I can attack Sean in the Neiuport and Jim in his SE-5. Two Allied and Two Axis plane in the air at the same time, sounds fun!

I'm going through my planes doing maintenance and hope to bring as many as I can squeeze into the Suburban. Finishing up refurbishing a foam PBY I picked up cheap. Hope to test fly it this weekend.

Glenn, I am hoping for good weather and no politicians this weekend too. I need to get the Feisler Storch and the KC-135 in the air.
WOO HOO! The 1/4 scale Sopwith Triplane is ready to fly again! If I could only bring one plane to WATTFEST 2012, it would be this one. This looks great flying with Brians Fokker Triplane, looks kinda funny in the air, the two fuselages and 6 wings.
I need to rent a semi to bring all the planes I want to bring. Next to get ready is the KC-135, a few last items before first flight. Then on to the Neiuport. Hmm, and then the night flyers, they need LEDS on them. How long till WATTFEST?

I'll be bringing mostly prop planes, Sebart MythoS 125e, WindS 50e, Mig 29 and some other smaller stuff, Habu 2, SunRacer. My buddy will be briging his BVM Electra...

Flew my P-39 at the field Sunday and it started getting glitched really bad. I kept bringing it closer to the runway but the glitching was getting real bad. Was afraid I was going to lose it completely so did a mayday landing out in the field. When I bent down to pick the model up is when I finally heard the transmitter low battery alarm! The voltage was down to 6V and dropping fast.
Unplugged the model battery and just for giggles left the tx on. By the time I got back to the pits the display was blank and it had quit beeping. That was a close one!
