Sorry if it's been asked before, but what are the details on your FPV setup? Getting range like that around obsticles is something I'm trying to accomplish.

Thakns!

Are those the NTM 2826 motors? If so take the spinner off and replace with a 5mm lock-nut. Those spinner caps tend to be out of balance. Just my 2 cents.

Just built my Flip FPV about a week ago. Really like the frame. Simple, seems rugged, and just the right size for me. Much easier for me to put in my car for travel than most my other aircraft; even the Swift II.

Hi all,

I made a video that might be helpful for the Naza users (and since I did it on an HT-FPV frame, I thought it applies here). I did some testing to figure out exactly what the gains do. Hope you find it useful. happy holidays.

That's exactly what I noticed as well. M5 is always better.

Nice work. Have you tried adjusting ATT gain and basic gains to get identical response between manual and atti mode?

I keep meaning to test this myself but always get busy and forget.

Nice Build, did you lose a landing gear there? I am thinking I am going to have to make a design change to the landing gear. I've lost a few myself already.

Yes, I clipped a tree and went spinning to the ground in a grassy/muddy area. Two popped off and I never found one as it as it likely was buried and I didn't want to scour the mud for it. My worthless golden retriever also refused to sniff it out for me, although I know he could if he wanted...

I would just omit the landing gear all-together but I ended up with my gopro under-slung to the frame for a nice clear view and the space for the flight cam on top. I could move it to the top with some effort, but I am considering just a pool noodle solution on the bottom for some padding.

Sorry for my ignorance but you are the owner of HT?

That's not a bad idea really. I did that with a few of my quads before and it worked well. It does seem to be a little more affected by winds though.
