SAAB Drakens... It's a very interesting design... built for speed, designed to catch up with bombers and shoot them down, but needs to hold up in a dogfight too. They were retired in the 70s but I remember having a little die-cast Viggen as a kid.

I have this one from EDO models:
![]() Beeing Norwegian, living close to the Swedish border, I of course choose the Swedish special livery for the last flight of the Draken ![]() You can also have them in the exact austrian livery as in your picture: http://rc-castle.com/shop/product_in...oducts_id=1488 Very nice flying EDFs, with about 1.3 to 1 thrust ratio (600g thrust in a plane weighing about 450g) and stable flight characteristics due to the delta wing shape. They actually glides very nice power off, must be one of the planes with the least wingload i own ![]() This was the first EDF I flew, and it made me totally addicted to EDFs, so be warned ![]() Greetings from Norway, Kai W-E |
