Don's Wicked 2700kv motor
APC 4.1x4.1 prop
Phoenix 35 controller
3 hs 55 servos
Thunderpower 4s 2200 extreme v2
And I think the wing was clipped to 23in.

I dug out an old Lynx jet the other day and slapped some stuff I had lying around in it and I'm getting a consistent 105mph level flight and unlimited vertical with an align 430L 3550kv with a 4.1x4.1 on 4s. Now I just need more speed.

Just purchased Don's wicked 3000kv, we'll see how that works out.

Finally getting around to posting some performance numbers.

Little Screamers Super Parkjet 1845kv APC 6 x 4 prop
- 18oz thrust 3s 17amps 205watts
- 27oz thrust 4s 24amps 350watts
Unlimited vertical with this setup, was lite and had long flight times but really couldn't get it to break 90mph level. It's a great park flyer on this setup as it would land really slow and I even flew it on some 2s packs.

Align 430L 3550kv APC 4.1 x 4.1 prop
- 19.8oz static thrust 3s 30amps 315 watts
- 28oz static thrust 4s 42amps 600watts
- 34oz static thrust 5s 52amps 890watts, never flew it on this setup cause I nearly smoked it on the bench.
Consistent 105mph passes on 4s with this motor with roughly 5min flight times managing the throttle on a 1300mah 4s nano-tech.

- 24oz static thrust 3s
- 31oz static thrust 4s 40amps 570watts 37,000rpms
Consistent 110mph passes with this motor on 4s with barely a 3min flight time managing the throttle on a 1300mah 4s nano-tech.

Isn't the Lynx the machine that Don's himself has exceeded way over the 139.6 quoted above ? He even has a video I believe on site ?

Ok so only a whisker over my 138mph on my Parkjet .... .... which once I get home again in 2-3 weeks time will be smashed by my upgrade ............

A few years back I was on the speed craze with this bird. There is speed to be gained by thinning the wings and tails. That being said..... there is a fine line between thin and too thin. I was on a record setting pass and it blew apart in mid air. Evidence that on that one..... I went a bit too thin. It *should* have been over a 140mph pass. 3200 KV inrunner on 4s. 550 watts and I can tell you..... don't blink or breath as a wingspan this small becomes a blur.
