It's a bit late to start the lay-up,
I'll just add two more coats of Frekote...
And she's ready to get the other half!
I spray glued some vinyl strips to the split edge to create the resin wells.
They are only needed on the bottom half of the mould.
This will collect the excess resin expelled by the bladder once under pressure!
Most of what I know are snippets of information gained from Adam's video and info clips and adapted to suit.
Can't wait for his moulding DVD!
In the meantime......

This is the same plane!
I think Michel and Steve have it right on the button!
If he could get this into production, Bakkie can distribute throughout Africa!

I don't think the GoldFish will ever fly like that!
I'll try to keep it light, but I have reservations if it would ever be that light!
The flying style of the Aero-Glide is exactly what Sean and Bakkie are looking for!
But hey, I still like my composite ships, so we'll just have to wait and see!
They also just fly differently!

The other side of the mould has been cast finally!
It needs some cleaning up and before I can create the stop end that would accommodate the bladder entry port!

Hey, that is looking good Johann. Love the shine.
Wish I had some time to get a move on with mine. Too many other things to finish first.
