How to get powersupply from IBM blade-servers 39Y7188 running

I recently got some powersupplies from IBM bladeservers X35?? I think. They were about to be scratched together with the blades they had been powering for a couple of years.
I took these babies home to give them a second life

The details op de PS:
IBM P/N = 39Y7188
Output = 12VDC @ 55Amp's (not to bad considering the size of these things)

Reading to the forums on how to get these server-power-supplies working I did not find my type of powersupply, but something similar which helped me get these PS's working.
Below pictures with details on how to connect and where the 12V is coming from.

I recently got a stack (16) of these, and whilst pin8 to pin 10 does power them up, every second or so the output drops down to 8v~ for a few ms. connecting both pin 8 and 10 to ground fixes this.
