Shapeways would be great, if it doesn't take too much of your time.

One question, is there space between the bracket and the frame to add some dampening?

No there is no dampening, Always crash was putting damper between the case and the bracket.

The magnet should be plenty enough..
The two arms are screw. Just the middle section that is removable.

Nice I like those side panels with "Hunter" on them or a name. They would go with the rest of the Shapeways top. I would get them for my 400.

here is the link to the link. if you have a printer you can also print them yourself as i have made them downloadable. or just order them directly from Shapeways.

please keep in mind that i have tested these from the Shapeways prints and they appear to snap on nicely, i have not tested a PLA print etc but should still be the same if you do print them yourself.

i can make custom ones also.
