As long as you don't have a compass on your FC, sure.

Would it be wishful thinking to hope you could make one for the Dialfonzo black widow? http://www.rcgroups.com/forums/showthread.php?t=1537346

IF and that's big IF I have time I may work on a canopy for that one but probably not until after the build. The big issue will be getting the wkm to fit under a cover, lot of gear.

Gps will work through plastic or fiberglass but I think having it higher and outside would be best and easier anyway.

Ya I hear you, and you have to keep the gps on a wookong as far away as possible from the emu, but then I will add my FPV gear (down the road) its gonna be full.

Mark I appreciate the thought, it would be awesome having it all cleaned up and covered, gps on the pole is a must I think, though I hear some shielding of the emu can potentially let you move things a bit closer.

Gps at the tip of the tail on the pole I think the best placement, since it is light anyway.

That could be good for sure. Any suggestions for where the 1.3ghz vTx could go? I have a blue beam whip going on it. Cloverleaf. Maybe the emu and vTx go out back and the gps antenna goes more centrally?
