Help!
wing rubber band dowel location question

i need some help please, i am looking to install some rubber band wing retention on my new kfm9 glider, but i am having a bit of trouble figuring out if the dowels should go just a bit back from the le and te of the wing or should they go inline but below the le and te.

could someone please point me in the right direction plz.
many thanks RCT

If it flies, I can crash it.

Slightly behind the LE and slightly in front of the TE. That seems to work best to hold wing down. Just Make sure to reinforce the wing with at least some tape and put the dowels thru some plywood on the inside of fuselage so it does not tear thru your foam.
