Aussie Depron Supply
Just a short note to announce that Rave Hobbies (www.ravehobbies.com.au) has opened its doors and is selling Extruded Polystyrene foam board for use in scratchbuilt foamies. This board is similar to that sold under the 'Depron' brand.
The idea is to bring the price for this material down to somewhere a bit closer to what the rest of the world pays and encourage some more foamie building here in Oz.
White and Black board is available in 1000mm x 400mm sheets at 3mm, 6mm and 9mm thicknesses.
Initially only targetting the Aussie market but prices close to half of what has been available for online here and way, way less than what the few brick and mortar hobby shops 'sell' it for.
CNC cut kits based on selected planes from the scratchbuilt foamies forum will also be offered for sale. First up for these will be the MDC F-14. Later we'll be getting into carbon fibre etc.
Checkout www.ravehobbies.com.au for what is available and email email@example.com for more information.
