You know all the items must pass the strict test before shipping,it's really strange that two remotes can not work.could you please email our CS and tell us when did you get the item?
We would definitely resend or refund you,if the item itself faulty,so there is no point for us to send out a faulty and wait the complaints.while only the reasonable requests would be accepted.

We just check it for you again,your item shipped out on the middle of December,So you should receive it on January at least,it's no reason to tell us the item can not work after two monthes.Two months are enough to get the item fautly.BTW,all the items must pass the strict test before shipping.

Be aware that if you have a problem with Banggood you are out of luck. They will NOT make good on the products they sell which do not work. They will gladly take your money but other than that do not expect anything else. Buyer Beware

What I know is that no sellers would do anything for you,when you got the rc items two months ago and kept it for several months, then made a complaint two months later,you do not need several months to test a rc product.You should let us know at the first time,not after several months later.
