So my as3x um beast 3d elevator servo locked up sending my beast into the ground and busting the left wing off of the plane completely. Contacted horizon and the guy told me the cost of the new as3x board and I explained to him all I needed was the elevator servo nothing else. He then repeated the cost of the board being $89 but they are on back order.. I told him I just could not see paying for an entire new board when its just 1 servo thats broken.. He then corrected me by telling me he wasnt charging me for it, he was sending me a brand new umx beast 3d as3x board. What the heck??? I asked how much shipping was... He told me nothing. Once they come back into stock, it will be shipped out to me immediately. I was speechless... How awesome is that? Horizon, your customer service is amazing. Thank you so much!!!

I've always had extremely good customer service from Horizon. Glad you were able to receive the same. If this is meant to be a Rave and not a Rant, might I suggest editing your original post and changing it?
