If you are talking about the book by Faye Stilley, you can get it on Amazon.com for around $70. You will likley be dissapointed as I was when I first read it back in the 90's. It does give some good tips but if you're looking for covering ideas, don't waste you're money.

Please note that Volume 1 and Volume 3 are the same book with different covers.
I got a nasty surprise today when my precious copy of Volume 3 arrived having cost me an arm and a leg to buy and ship to England from the US. I started thumbing through it and thought: "There is a lot of stuff repeated here".
I checked the copy of Volume 1 that I have and bar the cover and the foreword it is identical page by page. I was shocked to find that the ISBN numbers are the same. (What?!).
My Volume 1 is a 2006 reprint and my Volume 3 is a 2001 reprint.
Thank you Air Age for messing me about!
If you have Volume 1 don't bother with Volume 3.
