yeah..I know about the Mexi security issues..but,where's the transparency.?

You have to know the 'drug lords' would love to get their hands on her.

That and the area was designated as 'unsafe' but I guess if you have over 2 dozen security forces following you around its not as quite 'unsafe'.

As a foreigner (an probably more neutral towards american internal politics) I'd say that sending your kids on a spring break vacation outside the country, when the US economy needs every dolar, is kinda unpatriotic.

I could understand that if they went to visit Teotihuacan or something, but a beach in Mexico is far from being so special...

The daughters are off limit for discussion except when Obama wants to use them to make political points. No doubt the newspapers reporting the trip got calls from the WH reminding them of this historic treatment.
