think i'm struggling a bit with the mixes - the manual is good but it doesn't seem to cover some areas

i have an aerobatic plane with one servo in each wing (Channel 1 and channel 6) used for aileron

is there an easy way to use these aileron servos for flaps and to set up an elevator to flap mix...

with this "one-aileron-wing" set-up the radio does not offer a ele-camber mix or ele-flap mix... is there a way around this?

If one servo per wing then [2AILE] wing type should be selected.

got it sorted -

for anyone who's interested the trick to using your ailerons as flaps where there are no separate flaps on the model is to set the wing up as 2 aileron rather than 1 aileron in your initial programming of the model

when aileron is being used the radio now treats these aileron servos as "one channel" BUT when used as flaps it sees them as "2 channels" allowing them to move up and down in unison

conversely, if you set the model up initially as a 1 aileron wing - the radio will always group these two servos together as one aileron channel thus preventing them acting in unison as flaps

phew....
