Postage is the issue at the moment for most people

this could be one cool jet 2x90mm 8s - 12s setups heaps of room for Mah, would be very a very impressive edf jet

Holy cow, 47" wingspan???
I know that Su-37's are pretty long but this thing must be a friggin brick on twin 90's!
I bet two hot 70's would be the golden ticket on this model.

only if you go some sort of cheap set up

a wemo / het 700 set up on 8s will get you around 4.3kg of thrust at 90 odd amps then x2 and you have power

No, see that's exactly my point... HET 700's on 8s 4000-5000's will weigh a ton!
This jet is only so big and has only so much wing area (lifting body included). Sure, anything flies with enough power but it will fly like a brick and land at ~Mach 2.
