For Sale
Specter ARF airplane with complete video system installed - $500

Specter 5.8GHz ARF with video system - $500

That's right - Almost ready to fly! All you need to do is install the tail and your receiver, plug in your goggles and fly. This plane comes loaded with everything else. You should be airborne in under 2 hours from the time you open the box. 5.8GHz video system is already installed complete with CP antennas on both ends. I even have it covered in durable laminating film for you!

This is the pre-release of the Specter airplane. I have been developing this plane for about a year now and it is currently flown by 6 pilots who will all tell you how much they enjoy this airplane. This is a seriously tricked out airplane designed with a sport flyer in mind. It is extremely durable too. Minor crashes leave it completely unharmed!

This is a video I made with a bone stock Specter:
Thrill of video piloting (3 min 32 sec)

Specifications/Features:
Video: 420 TVL day camera with audio on a 100mW 5.8GHz video system with BluBeam whip circularly polarized antenna set.
Power system: 2210 - 1650kv motor with 40 Amp ESC
AUW: 33oz with 2200mAh lipo
Flight time - 8 to 20 minutes (depending on battery and throttle management)
Range: ~1 mile
Top Speed: 50 mph (flat) 65mph (dive)
Rated crash speed (without damage): 25 mph (nose-in), 35 mph (hitting an object)

Required parts:
2000-3000mAh 3S Lipo
Viewing screen
RC radio and receiver

This is a great plane for everyone from a first time FPVer to advanced pilots.

I'd be interested in hearing about kit pricing, for both the Specter and the Minion...

The Minion will not be offered. I will have a few other airplanes, though. This is basically the cheapest way to get into FPV. All you need is an RX and a viewing screen.

I don't know what the price will be on the kit, but it won't be too high. The CNC machine is down right now, so all I have are the assembled units.

Can you build them yourself? If the answer is no then you answered your own question. If it is yes then build your own and enjoy. Just because the parts are inexpensive doesn't mean everyone can build them and just because someone can build them it doesn't mean they did it right.

I want one of your set up but I'm all spent out Right now, so I'm saving my penny's. Looks like it be a great Pylon Races platform for the 3rd Annual FPV fly-in at Marko's.
